Once your order has been placed, you will see the shipping total as $0.00. Please note that all shipping charges will be added during the invoicing process, NOT the ordering process.

All of the prices, contents and specifications on 2nds Catering are correct as to the best of our knowledge and are subject to change without notice. We take no responsibility for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices and model applications. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, pricing and applications at any time without further obligation.
The unauthorised reproduction of any material from our catalogue or website is forbidden without prior permission.
Availability of Goods
Although we keep thousands of items in stock at any one time we cannot guarantee the same of our suppliers. We may sometimes experience delays that are out of our control due to nil stock, back orders, shipping delays etc. If an item is to be delayed for any period of time what so ever you will be notified immediately, either by email or phone call and advised of the estimated time of delivery.
Freight - Domestic Orders
Orders Paying by Cheque, Money Order or PayPal
• If you choose cheque, money order or PayPal to purchase your products we will notify you of the final purchase amount including freight at the time of confirming your order. If paying by PayPal, we will send you a PayPal invoice once your items have become available.
Freight - International Orders
All orders outside Australia can only be paid by bank draft in Australian funds (only) or a direct wire transfer to our bank. The postage costs of goods must be added to the order total after contacting us. Please contact us via e-mail sales@2ndscatering.com.au to enquire about placing an order or any questions you may have.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods include Express Post, Courier and Regular Post. Our courier service is fast, reliable, cost-effective and offers a full tracking facility for your goods. The cost for our courier service is normally similar to Australia Post's Regular mail service.
Expected Delivery Time
Expect most deliveries in 2 - 4 working days from the original purchase date. You will be notified of any shipping delays by email or phone. Express Post and courier deliveries also have an option for tracking parcels, which you can track through your local post office or applicable courier service.

All you have to do is enter your credit card number and expiry date as well as security number (if applicable) at the checkout.
All information is entered through a secure server and is not kept on file by 2nds Catering.
Cheque or Money Order
We prefer bank cheques or money orders.
Personal cheques will be accepted but will incur a clearance time of up to 3 working days.
Direct Deposit
After you submit your order, we will contact you and give you the total cost of the purchase (goods + freight) and our bank details.
Please specify a reference number upon Direct Deposit.

Exchange
2nds Cateringwill Exchange only under the following conditions –
• The Original Packing has not been opened
• Packaging is at original state
• Exchange will only be processed after 4 days of purchase
Please call or email prior to Exchange, We may also provide you with a credit for future purchase.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to exchanges or credits against their account.
The items must be in original packaging (Not Opened) and condition as well as including a copy of your original invoice. There will be no returns on Custom made products, discounted or discontinued products.
Warranty Exchanges
All warranty claims are processed through each individual products manufacturer and is subject to their policies and approval. As specified above all Exchanges must be accompanied by an original receipt.
